4. VEHICLE PRICING & COE

  • All prices listed on our website or advertisements are for reference only and are not final binding offers.

  • COE Fluctuations: Prices for new vehicles are subject to the prevailing COE bidding results, LTA taxes (ARF, VES), and registration fees at the time of purchase.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed only upon the signing of a formal Sales Agreement.

 

5. TRADE-IN POLICY

Any trade-in valuation provided online or over the phone is an estimate. The final trade-in value is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle by our appraisers and the settlement of any outstanding hire purchase/loans.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GW Automotive Group strives to ensure all information on our digital platforms is accurate. However, we are not liable for any technical errors, typographical mistakes, or omissions in pricing or vehicle specifications. All car features should be verified in person at our showrooms.
